
Health and Safety at The Chanticleer Guest House
The Chanticleer has enhanced our cleaning procedures and added new precautions to our food prep and delivery processes. We’re encouraging our guests to maintain social distancing with other guests throughout their stay. Our secluded and private rooms are well-suited to these procedures, and we believe that you’ll find The Chanticleer to be a great choice for your health-conscious getaway. Here are just some of the enhanced procedures we’ve implemented:
Employee Health
Employees who have a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to work.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is following enhanced procedures for room sanitation, including all touchpoints in each room. These include but are not limited to door handles, television remotes, clocks, and room keys. Proper handling and sanitation of linens, towels, etc, is being practiced.
Breakfast
Breakfast is being prepared using enhanced sanitary procedures, and delivery to rooms is contactless.
Payment
We encourage guests to reserve and pay online whenever possible.
Common Areas
Common areas are cleaned frequently and hand sanitizer is available for guest use.
Pool Area
Pool area furniture will be frequently sanitized by staff and we encourage guests to maintain social distancing protocols when using the pool area.
